Is It Time To Be Paying More Attention To Those Rowdy Youths That Come Into Your Business?

As a business owner, how many times have you groaned when a group of rowdy, dishevelled, obnoxious youths have come into your store, rummaged through your stock and left with little more than a cursive glance at you while you were glaring at them, trying to "will" them out of your business?

What if I were to say to you that instead of trying to work out ways to get them out of your store as quickly as possible, you should be working out ways to keep them coming back to your business time and time again?

This may seem completely counter-intuitive to running a successful business, but keep something in mind - in as little as five year's time these same scruffy youths will be young adults looking for products and services just like yours.
